By creating an account or using Geotrakt, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Geotrakt. The service is intended for business use only. By using the service, you represent that you are using it for business purposes and not as a consumer.
Geotrakt is currently available by waitlist only. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, does not guarantee access to the service, and does not entitle you to any service level, pricing, or feature set. We are collecting expressions of interest only.
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive a launch notification email. You will not receive marketing emails unless you separately opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
When Geotrakt opens, access will be granted at our discretion. We make no commitment regarding timing, order of access, or whether a waitlist position translates to access at any particular price or plan.
Geotrakt tracks how often a brand appears in AI-generated responses across AI engines including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. You define tracking prompts, we run them against AI engine APIs on a schedule, parse the responses for brand mentions, citations, and sentiment, and surface the results as time-series data and reports.
What we do not guarantee:
We guarantee that we will run your prompts as scheduled, store the results faithfully, and present them accurately. We do not guarantee what those results will contain.
Every user belongs to an organization. When you sign up, an organization is created for you and you become its owner. You are responsible for everything that happens under your organization's account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

All prices are in USD and are charged monthly. Annual pricing, where available, will be stated separately at checkout.
Starter, Growth, and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must add a payment method to continue using the service. If you do not, your account is deactivated and your data is retained until you reactivate or request deletion.
The Agency plan does not include a self-serve trial. To discuss Agency plan pricing and terms, contact sales@geotrakt.com.
Each plan includes a fixed number of tracking prompts per billing period. There are no overages — we do not charge extra if you approach your limit. We will notify you by email when you reach 80% of your plan limit. If you reach 100%, new tracking jobs will not run until the start of your next billing period or until you upgrade your plan. Existing results and data are not affected.
Billing is monthly. Your billing date is the date your paid subscription began. Payment is processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status; we do not store your card details.
If a payment fails, your account is suspended immediately — tracking jobs stop running and you cannot access new results until payment is collected. We will notify you by email. When payment is successfully collected, your account is reactivated and your billing date shifts to the date payment was made. For example, if you were billed on the 1st and payment fails but is collected on the 4th, your next billing date becomes the 4th of the following month.
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have paid for. We will consider refund requests for exceptional circumstances at our discretion — contact support@geotrakt.com.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation:
Immediate deletion. If you do not want your data retained for 90 days, you can request immediate deletion at any time — either at the point of cancellation or after. Contact support@geotrakt.com or use the account deletion option in settings. Immediate deletion is irreversible.
If a payment fails, your account is deactivated — not deleted. Tracking jobs stop and you cannot access new results, but your data is preserved. Your account will be reactivated automatically when payment is successfully collected. If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel and request deletion at any time.
We do not hard-delete data due to non-payment. Deactivated accounts and their data are retained until you either pay, cancel, or explicitly request deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
For serious violations (abuse, fraud, illegal activity), we may terminate without notice. For other violations, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the situation before terminating.
If we terminate your account for reasons other than your violation of these terms, we will refund a prorated portion of any prepaid subscription fees.
We reserve the right to discontinue Geotrakt entirely. If we decide to do so:

The Agency plan includes white-label reporting and multi-client workspaces. White-labeling the platform itself (presenting Geotrakt as your own product to end clients) is not permitted without a separate written agreement.
You own the prompts you create in Geotrakt. By submitting prompts, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for the purpose of delivering the service — specifically, sending them to AI engine APIs and processing the results. We do not claim ownership of your prompts and do not use them to train AI models or share them with other customers.
We own the Geotrakt platform, including its software, design, branding, and all associated intellectual property. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription period.
AI-generated responses returned by third-party engines are not owned by us. Ownership (to the extent it exists) is governed by the terms of the respective AI engine providers. We make no claim of ownership over these responses.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose, including improving the service. We will not identify you as the source without your permission.
The core function of Geotrakt involves sending prompts to third-party AI engine APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, DataForSEO). By using Geotrakt, you acknowledge:
We will notify you of material changes to the engines we use or the way we use them.
Our Privacy Policy describes in full how we collect, use, store, and delete your data. It forms part of these terms. By using the service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
If your use of Geotrakt involves processing personal data of EU or UK residents, you may require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) from us. Contact support@geotrakt.com to request one.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strix Technologies LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strix Technologies LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to contracts made and performed entirely within the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For matters where a specific state jurisdiction is required, the laws of the state in which Strix Technologies LLC is incorporated will apply.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism. The arbitration will be conducted in English.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before making any material changes to these terms. Material changes are changes that affect your rights, obligations, or our liability — for example, changes to the limitation of liability, acceptable use restrictions, or billing terms.
Minor changes (corrections, clarifications, reorganization) may be made without advance notice and will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this document.
If you continue using the service after material changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.

Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Strix Technologies LLC regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations, for example in connection with a merger or acquisition, without restriction.
Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or acts of nature.
Notices. We will provide notices to you at the email address associated with your account. You may provide notices to us at support@geotrakt.com.
